Students Have Their Say About Phil Naessens Tennis Academy

This year we visited Corfu for our summer holidays. We were there in the second fortnight in July and the weather was just right, 32 – 33 degrees Celsius. We were happy with the hotel choice and what it offered. Staff were very welcoming, polite and ready to respond to your needs or queries. Food was very nice and there was variety. Rooms were good and kept clean daily. The catering staff very nice. There was music every evening. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area too with easy access to Corfu town.
As this was a family holiday for us, we would have expected more activities for our children. Having said this, we were after some one to one coaching for our 9 years old son and we were delighted with what we found. The courts were really good and well maintained. The price for one to one tuition was reasonable and above all we met a brilliant coach. Phillip Naessens, the American coach had a fantastic way to interact with children. Although he’d worked with children and adolescents of very high standard of skills and experience, he adapted very well to our son’s first steps in tennis. Phil loves tennis and was able to pass his passion to our son in the right way. He was very committed to give our son his best start in the game. His passion and technical knowledge made our son love his tennis lessons and want to pursue tennis as his sport. Phil is a great coach with great humour that brings out the best in every child. He was very good at boosting our son’s confidence and increased his love and passion for tennis.
Since we came back from our holidays, our son has joined a tennis club and is progressing. Phil kept in touch with us and shows interest in how our son is progressing. He has even taken part in Phil’s radio shows, which is yet another confidence boost for him. We were extremely lucky to have found Phil and we’d like to thank him for the time he spent coaching our son. We wish him all the best with his tennis coaching and radio shows. THANK YOU!

I really love this hotel, gret view over the sea, nice pool, about 30 meters from the occean and great food. The service is also great and the workers at the hotel is always nice to you and ready to do their best to make your stay as good as possible.They also have a privat tennis choach here who is called Phil Naessens, and he is both a great and funny guy and an exellent tennis choach. I´m very intressted in sports so I took one, 1-hour lesson and i started to play lika a totaly new player, he is just such a great teacher. They also have a gym which is nice if you would like to do some workout after maybe a couple of hours on the beach. I can really recommend this hotel for you who are thinking about traveling to Corfu.

We have just had a fantastic week enjoying great scenery and hospitality in corfu.My 9 year old had the best opportunity and said it was the highlight of his holiday to have private coaching by top coach ,Phil Naessens in tennis at the hotel. We had some great meals with Captain George in kanoni whose hospitality, helpfulness and great meals are a real treasure. it was fantastic weather and a great sunescape for spring
